Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator - your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to: 



Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Support marketing team in organizing various projects; general administrative support to the department
Gathering marketing literature and compiling in basic marketing materials in PowerPoint presentations, brochures, press releases to augment the company's presence in the market
Coordinate together with Customer Service team re consumer surveys and rating reports/ questionnaires
Exercise marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Gather, coordinate and post online content on the company's website
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Experience :
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor degree of Commerce, business administration or any relevant discipline.


Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination capacity.


Job-Specific Skills: High Organizational skills, strong knowledge of MS office, ability to learn. Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
