Assistant Brand Manager at Majid Al-Futtaim
Job Description

Assist with planning and executing the annual marketing plan.
Assist Implementing all the brand marketing activities and coordinate with all the stakeholders in the different departments
Assist Liaising with the advertising agencies, other appointed agencies and service providers on various promotional activities and day-to-day business needs.
Assist with the Marketing budget preparation and follow up.
Assist identifying , screening and appointing suppliers / service providers as needed.
Assist Interacting with various internal departments and attend meetings as required
Assist Maintaining and updating the marketing/PR manual and press kits
Assist overseeing the Brand website, social media platforms and ensure that weekly/daily content is in line with the brand digital marketing plans.
Assist Miscellaneous other tasks as reasonably required.
Assist & Prepare a monthly report keep up-to-date on all the marketing activities, analyze the return and feedback
Assist & Prepare and execute all required paper work for approvals, accounting, correspondence, supplier databases, and general record keeping
Assist the line manager (s) to maintain competitor's information and analysis
Assist the line manager (s) to maintain monthly marketing reports and internal sales analysis
Assist overseas collaterals planning, development, POS requirement and in-venue branding in coordination with operations teams
Assist in tracking and updating the marketing budgets and actual expenditures on monthly basis to ensure they are in-line.
Assist & Implementing loyalty programs
Assist & develop and maintain consumer information and CRM tool for marketing use
Job Requirements

Excellent command of English language, Arabic is a plus.
Excellent computer literate.
Minimum experience

Previous experience in organizing events and activation
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar environment
