•Actively recruits qualified applicants.
•Pre-screens applicants, schedules interviews.
•Maintains professional and accurate representation of Teleperformance to applicants.
•Keeps accurate recruiting data, for example, interview/hire ratios or source data.
•Performs other related duties and assignments as required
