HR Specialist:

• Job details
o Job role: Human Resources Department
o Career level: Entry level
o Employment Type: Full time
o Required experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in HR
o Number of vacancies: 1 open post
o Salary: Negotiable

• Job responsibilities
o Coordinate recruiting activities with both internal & external recruiters. This responsibility includes but is not limited to creating posting, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, checking references/backgrounds and keep recruitment records updated.
o Assist in preliminary interviews with potential candidates
o Facilitate on-boarding activities for new hires to ensure their onboarding experience is professional. This will involve scheduling onboarding activities, collecting new hire documents, and conducting new hire orientations.
o Maintain, organize and update confidential employee files and records.

• Job requirements
o BA/BS degree required.
o Minimum of 1-2 years of HR work experience in HR.
