DHL is hiring ( Accounts Payable)

2 years of experience in related area of responsibility. Senior service, production, or support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility. Performs all of the standard and some specialized more complex aspects of the function. Thorough knowledge of tasks and responsibilities. Effectively applies skills in accomplishing tasks.Responsible for work processes that affect success of own role and have a moderate impact on the performance of the department. Scanning of invoices, vendor data maintenance, outgoing payments. • Issue all-typed payment. • Issue report on outstanding non-paid items. • Processing of AP invoices and expence reports. • First line query handling and preparation of the payment runs for its country. • Ensure timely and accurate vendors and suppliers accounts payable. • Handle creditors queries.
