Through, planning for improvements aligned with the IT management's strategic vision, mission and values guided by the ITIL, ISO 20000 and CMMI for Services Frameworks and other internationally industry recognized standards. · Ensuring Compliance with the ITIL, CMMI for Services and ISO 20000 · Plan, monitor and control the assessment of the IT department's current operations against best practices and international standards such as ITIL , CMMI for Services and ISO 20000 · Plan, monitor and control IT department's performance improvement programs that are aligned with ITIL , CMMI for Services and ISO 20000 requirements and other industry benchmarks and best practices · Setting IT Department's Quality Assurance Framework · Plan, monitor and control the development of a Quality Assurance Framework for the IT department through developing the PI teams' Standard Operating Procedures · Plan, monitor and control the development of the policies and procedures for each IT team in alignment with business needs and requirements and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures developed reflects the current practices through matching it with the job descriptions of the team's heads · Implementing Business Process Re-engineering activities · Plan, monitor and control business process re-engineering activities (such as sessions, publications…etc.) to improve workflows and processes within the IT Department · Plan, monitor and control the development of the Standard Operating Procedures within the IT Department in compliance with internationally adopted quality frameworks and best practices adopting the Six Sigma tools. · Conducting Performance Improvement Programs and Capacity Building · Plan, Monitor and control the development of performance improvement programs within the IT Department through measuring the performance of all IT teams, then setting action plans to apply the appropriate approaches and techniques to increase the efficiency and effectiveness. · Plan, Monitor and control the design and delivery of Performance Improvement interventions (such as orientation, coaching, tutoring programs and other related initiatives whenever appropriate) · Plan, Monitor and control culture change and capacity building initiatives within the IT Department through understanding the obstacles that inhibit people and teams from realizing their developmental goals while enhancing the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results · Setting IT Department Compliance System · Plan, monitor and control the audit activities that facilitates measuring the compliance level of IT staff members with management policies as well as adopted international best practices and reporting results to the IT Top Management · Plan and ensure the implementation of action plans to improve the compliance gaps identified based on the audit results. · Ensure Improving the Working Environment · Plan, Monitor and control the implementation of Employee Engagement Surveys to measure IT Department's satisfaction level with the working environment aspects (such as overall satisfaction, communication, benefits and compensation, empowerment and management styles as well as training and development) · Plan and control action plans set to bridge the gaps identified by the Employee Engagement Survey. · Ensure Improving the Customer Satisfaction Level · Plan, Monitor and control the implementation of Customer Satisfaction Surveys to measure bank's department's satisfaction level with the IT department's deliverables and services through tackling different aspects (such as overall satisfaction, communication, meeting needs, and time taken to offer services) · Plan and control action plans set to bridge the gaps identified by the Customer Satisfaction Survey. · Participating in IT Department's Strategic Planning Efforts · Participate in envisioning the IT department's vision and missions statement as well as departmental values · Plan the IT Planning meetings and ensure developing and documenting annual business plans, department goals and objectives · Plan and monitor the implementation of Strategic Planning orientation activities (such as sessions, publications…etc.) · Manage the identification of individual and team KPIs based on international best practices · Manage the reporting activities of KPIs to the IT top management level on regular basis. · Perform Daily Managerial Activities · Recruit, select, orient, and train subordinates. · Communicate job expectations to subordinates · Plan, monitor, and appraise job results · Coach, counsel, and discipline subordinates · Develop and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. · Establish team's strategic goals and define teams' objectives; and evaluate outcomes. · Maintain professional and technical knowledge and benchmark state-of-the-art practices · Review the analytical monthly and quarterly statistics and plan actions to resolve any issues that arise · Monitor daily operational activities and brings out issues and risks that may arise as a result of the process overflows. · Monitor, manage and control team's daily operations · Measure and review employees' performance with respect to their goals · Monitor and ensure team's compliance with ADIB security policies. · Monitor and ensure team's compliance with team's SOP (policies and procedures) · Identify the Skills and Knowledge gap in the team based on job needs · Presenting to management team headline stats and analysis with recommendations for changes on regular basis And any other assigned tasks. Minimum Qualifications: · Master Degree/ Diploma in Total Quality Management · At least 5 years' experience · Quality Assurance experience · Audit experience · Actively worked and supervised quality projects
· Knowledge of Total Quality Management practices, policies, programs, initiatives, and functions · Knowledge and experience in applying "Business Process Reengineering" programs and projects · Knowledge of methodologies, techniques and best practices for developing Standard Operating Procedures Manuals · Knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO, ITIL and CMMI · Knowledge of the project management tools and methodologies · Experience in planning for continual quality improvement processes and programs plans and implementing them · Experience in analysis techniques & good analytical thinking · Experience in Quality Assurance and compliance with best practices · Capability of managing successful strategic planning efforts · Ability to use tutoring methodologies with staff within the quality improvement and performance improvement programs framework · Demonstrate outstanding analysis and reporting skills · Exemplary written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic languages · Proven managerial and supervisory skills |
