Key Account Manager

Job Description
The Key Account Manager will be accountable to support the achievement of Novartis business goals by implementing value-based solution with designated key account customers.

To establish Novartis as the preferred partner of choice with assigned key accounts.

To support the creation of a customer-centric approach across the Country.

Responsible for meeting/exceeding customers' expectations, on time response to customers' requests in coordination and alignment with the franchise managers, as supporting the whole Oncology BU achieve their targets while managing the dynamic market changes.

Major Responsibilities are as below,
•Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts to be approved by Franchise Heads and market Access & KAM Head.

•Ensures cross-functional understanding of these plans with Franchise Managers, Market Access and other key functions.

•Ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations with Key Accounts.

•Align / Coordinate with Franchise heads on inland /third party sales forecasts and collaborate with all team members in order to increase forecast accuracy by enhancing commercial execution cycle, with action plan to overcome challenges in the process at any time.

•Follow up commercial cycle in key accounts that hinders our execution of orders.

•Acts as point of integration for Novartis portfolio in specific Key Accounts.

•Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.

•Follow up with customer service to make sure our timely execution of all pending orders to key accounts or distributors.
Minimum requirements
Education,
•University degree in Science and/or Business Marketing or Equivalent is preferred.

Experience,
•Experience with innovative pharmaceuticals or medical products market.
•2–3 years' operational experience in customer-facing roles with some Sales leadership including Key Account Management experience.
•Demonstrated operational skills and performance delivery, ideally in leading transformational change.
•Establishing and managing strategic partners.

Languages,
•English & Local language.
