We looking for a Temp HR Coordinator to join us in Egypt. Responsibilities: -Coordinate all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. -Handle day-to-day business as usual tasks including but not limited to: 1. Duties and Responsibility: Under general supervision, performs variety of tasks in populating/procuring content for the product catalogs on the Amazon Web Site. Duties may include, content creation, population of content from various sources (including research on the internet), interacting/coordinating with vendor/manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc.

Services EHS Manager Key accountabilities: Support Services Management in achieving EHS results Drive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in all projects. Advice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives. Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan. Ensure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Services activities in all Projects. Prepare, implement, and maintain emergency plans at Site/Project level. Ensure it is done at Site/Project level. Make sure activities of Alstom are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas (Client). Has full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in an immediate high risk to People or the Environment. Lead the EHS function in Egypt's Services projects Monitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the EHS teams in the department in all projects. Conduct induction programs for new EHS people in the department. Develop Egypt's Services EHS Management Plan Develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Services scope specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport& Country/Cluster EHS Management System Ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (AZDP, TOP_E, Alstom EHS Management system) are deployed at Egypt's Services scope level. Develop EHS culture in the project Built the EHS communication plan Prepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR and a local EHS communication plan. Report, Measure & Review Ensure that Accidents/Incidents are first prevented, and when occurring, reported, recorded, investigated and analysed. Establish and communicate REX reports in case of severe or potentially severe accidents. Prepare and submit monthly EHS reports in line with Group reporting requirements. Is accountable for data quality. Organize and lead internal EHS audits and inspections of the EHS reporting process in the Country/Cluster. Monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements & propose actions to correct any gap Maintain appropriate records and documentation. Experience : Professional experience not less than 10 years. Experience of almost 8 years in Environment, Health & Safety Highly recommended experience in Services and projects Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, ISO45001 Deep knowledge of local legal requirements.
