Production scheduler - Egypt Production Scheduling / Production Activities Schedules daily / weekly production plans and execute SAP/APO production orders
Coordinates with Production Supervisor to ensure no bottle necks between blending and filling
Keep track on batch reconciliation (Blending and Filling) and investigate reasons of deviations
Facilitate the weekly MOS meeting to smooth the production process between Procurement, Production, Lab, and logistics
Keep track of plant reliability from the production side and maintain manufacturing lead time as per SLA
Track actual produced quantities versus Supply plan and notify Supply planner with variances impacting raw material stocks
Monitor plant reliability by calculating OEE and recommend solution for improving efficiency
Follow on plant utilization and address mitigations for efficiency improvement
Coordinate export dispatching plans with Logistics and FL export channel
Ensure Alignment with Egypt PLCM projects
Reporting, Business Analysis and ad-hoc projects
Responsible for Monthly Business Review analysis
Responsible for plant Productivity reports and ensure optimizing of plant resources
Responsible for plant RCCP and address solutions to adopt FL growth plans
Monitor consumption of raw materials used in blending activities and report losses
Responsible for Competitive Benchmarking evaluations & sponsors the closure of any areas of improvement/gaps
Participate in ISC business plans development
Ensure utilizing lowest possible cost formulations, and keep track / investigate deviation from the expectations
Monitors and updating correct routings
Provide analytical support to Operations Manager in terms of collecting, analyzing, and any other ad hoc project requests To Apply  |
