Job Description:

· Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow with related disclosures.
· Prepare monthly Actual Vs budget comparison, analyze variances.
· Collect budget data from all departments, validate the data and assumption with department heads, suggest and implement cost reduction methods, then issue financial reports.
· Review Trial balance and ensure that all entries are supported by documents, accurate and in line with company policy.
· Post needed adjustment entries to ensure financial reports in line with financial accounting standard and governmental regulations.
· Coordinate and follow up with external auditors by preparing audit file and documents needed to ensure company audit procedures completed in efficient and effective way without notes.
· Follow up customer & vendor advances and balances on a monthly basis.
· Prepare cycle count schedule, support the team during the process, adjust stock variance on system
· Prepare all reports needed by company management.
· Assist fixed assets policies that drive effectiveness and efficiencies.
· Assist the finance team during cycle count.
· Review Balance sheet reconciliation and ensure that all entries are accurate and that transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations.
· Review and analyze expenses transactions, vendor balances & follow up old vendor balances.
· Review bank reconciliations for all banks monthly.
· Review Aging for customers, vendors monthly.
· Review Vendors and customers reconciliation on quarterly and follow up issues on monthly basis.
· Review the bad debt provision.
· Review and follow up stock movement and inventory balance and aging.
· Review and analyze expenses transactions and month-end accruals to determine accuracy.
· Preparing numerous audit schedules and year end audits.
· Record accrual, deferral, Reclass, and interdepartmental entries into the company's accounting ledger, then perform account analysis to make sure those entries and balances are correct.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor of Commerce /Accounting with 7-10 years of experience in the same field.
· Have a detailed understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
· Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to details.
· Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, word & PowerPoint).
· Experience in SAP.

Quality Engineer - 6th of October

Responsibilities:

Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality Assurance and Quality Control rules and procedures are in place in the subcontractors' organizations to the satisfaction of Alstom.
Participate to 4M review for Quality before start of Installation and T&C.
Ensure of adequate level of quality for FAT, Equipment Installation, Test & commissioning.
Problem solving, prevent occurrence of potential defects .
Report cost of non quality (CONQ) and collect it ( if any ) and Prevent of occurrence
Follow, support Installation and T&C teams to obtain Quality Plan and procedures complying with Alstom requirements.
Review equipment installation method statements and ensure that MS complied with Alstom & customer Requirements and applied at site in terms of quality point of view.
Prepare Quality control plan with all tests, inspections, evidences required.
Ensure that subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to the QC plan or ITP, ensure of correct filling of inspection sheets and availability of all laboratory testing certificates and conduct QA validation for the ITRs before releasing to the customer following Inspection procedures
Close quality follow up for the open points and reserves on site till punch list closure.
Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis.
Review handover file from Installation team before submission to the Client.
Issue and track non – conformance related to material, execution, and workmanship and monitor action and remedial response until closeout.
Ensure and follow that all tools are calibrated on time.
Review Quality documents of Subcontractors and suppliers.
Customer interface in case of Quality issue
Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place.
Make sure that all site quality documents are achieved and controlled in the right place , like ITRs , Method statements , test reports , checklists , etc.
Control all reserves come from customer FAT , inspections or testing and follow up with the team the action plans.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Power projects.
Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Electrical or mechatronics )
Power Supply and Power rail experience is recommended
Quality experience is recommended.
Familiar with working in Matrix Organizations ( Railway is prefered )
Working knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint applications
Fluent in Arabic & English Languages, French is an advantage
