S/he will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle rental and advising on and up-sell optional extras according to customer needs. Complete transactions for vehicle rental in the front office desks. Monitor reservation and vehicle rental returns. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards.
