MBC group : NOW HIRING – Assistant Manager - Digital Operations

Main role:

Ensure achieving the customers KPIs, through analyzing the published content according to each customer digital objectives and highlighting the strength & weakness areas to continually improve the Digital marketing and creative services performance

Responsibilities:

·Daily monitoring to the main social accounts to report the strength & weakness areas
· Weekly and monthly analysis to the published content on the main social accounts to highlight the performance status with clear recommendations to improve the performance
·Following up on the weekly and monthly recommendations to ensure the process effectiveness and report any failure
·Deep analysis to the monthly performance reports to highlight the actual reasons behind the results
·Full and continues awareness with the social platforms updates / changes and ensure the achieving the maximum benefits from each platform
·Contributing in managing and Improving the Digital marketing and creative services operations
·Quality assurance and data cleansing, using MS Excel.
· Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication or any other relevant position In Media
· 5 years experience in the digital content analysis
· Deep awareness with the social platforms properties
· Very good communication skills

Rules & Responsibilities:

• Network Optimization:
o Service Centers performance monitoring with monthly evaluation.
o Analysis for Area coverage & Service Centers performance with action plan to optimize operation.
o Monitor KPIs result and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Healthy Operation:
o Review Spare Part utilization of each service center and investigate significant cases.
• Documents Archive:
o Issue Service Centers Contracts annually.
o Review service centers legal documents and update regularly the expired ones.
• Brand Identity:
o Provide seasonal uniform.
o Provide Sign board for Exclusive Service Centers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree [Engineering, Accounting].
• Experience at least 2 years in similar position.
• Very good command of English.
• MS Office skills are a must.
• Data analysis skills is an asset.
