Associate, Corporate Documentation (Mashreq Global Network-Egypt)

Job Purpose:

Identification of required facility and collateral documentation based on Credit Approvals.
Preparation of facility and collateral documentation as per the Bank's and regulatory standards.
Ensure that all required documentation (facility, collateral and source) have been obtained against each approved facility.
Ensure that all documents are in order as per bank's Policies & Procedures.
Ensure that all documents accepted to allow facilities provided to safe keeping and digital filling.
To conduct post monitoring functionalities related to maintenance of borrowing documents.
Adhere to the Bank's initiatives related to process reengineering, automation of process.
Ensure that providing and updating data use for management information requirements

Key Result Areas:

Analyze credit approval on documentation control perspective and identify purpose of the approval, required facility and collateral documentation, verify that credit approvals are approved in line with the Bank's policies and guidelines.
Prepare appropriate approved facility and collateral documents, approved by the Bank's legal department incorporating all terms and conditions that are stipulated in the Credit Approval.
Co-ordinate with various Business Units, Risk Management and Legal team in order to finalize Credit Agreement and Security Agreement as and when requires.
Ensure that documents mentioned in the lodgment list being received.
Review all documents physicallyrelated to approved facilities and ensured that all are in order as per bank's guidelines.
Update documentation checklist in order to ensure that all the necessary documents have been obtained for each approved facility.
Ensure that all discrepancies have been identified and escalated to the appropriate level of authorities for resolution.
Liaise with in-house legal team to verify the authenticity of the signatories of borrowing entities and guarantors whenever necessary
Ensure that all documents are being physically lodged and digitally filed.
Ensure that agreed turnaround times adhered at all time.
Accurately translate customized facility conditions to Arabic language (Applicable to Arabic speaking employees).
Ensure to upkeep accurate data management functionalities related to Documentation Unit and Credit Administration Division.
Ensure special assignments and projects related to Documentation Unit and Credit Administration Division to be completed in acceptable timelines.
Ensure Audit rating maintained as "Satisfactory
To make sure "Zero" operational loses in all activities
Ensure RCSA is up to date.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

Graduate, intelligent and sound knowledge on banking operations
A Minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in General Banking covering at least 5 years in the area of Corporate Documentation.
Good understanding of technological issues, and fair knowledge on computerized environment
Effective Communications and interpersonal skills.

Senior Driver

Key Functions/Results

Drive for the Head of Office and his/her visitors, including high-ranking officials from within and outside the Organization. As necessary also drive for other staff of the Regional Office.
Meet official personnel and visitors at the airport; facilitate immigration, customs formalities, hotel check-in, and other local formalities.
Ensures that the local transportation needs of the Head of Office are met at all times and ensures the safety, technical soundness and comfort of the vehicle(s). Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, transportation/vehicle related expenditures, vehicle servicing, repairs, etc.
Assist the administrative staff in regular monitoring of the log books and maintenance records.
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle(s); check oil, water, battery, tires, etc.; perform minor repairs and timely arrange for any other repairs necessary to keep the vehicle safe and technically sound at all times; maintain the vehicle(s) in clean condition.
Handle local and organizational formalities when involved in an accident; ensure that in this case all organizational and local/country rules, regulations and procedures are followed correctly.
Collect and deliver mail, documents, pouches, and other communications/items from and to the country office; go to the post office, airport, government agencies, other UN agencies, institutions, project sites, etc., to take and deliver items and communications; keep records as required.
Assist the Country Office in performing simple clerical duties such as making and answering telephone calls, making photocopies, keeping records, etc.
Brief and train the junior driver in all the above duties and responsibilities.
Perform other related duties as required.

CANDIDATES WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE FOLLOWING

Minimum Requirements

Education: Secondary school education. Possession of valid driver's license.
Experience: Four years of work experience as a driver. Flawless, safe driving record.
Languages: Working knowledge (proficient - level C) of Arabic and limited knowledge (intermediate - level B) of English.

About you

Professional Experience:

Maintenance Support and Reliability GM

Maintenance Shutdowns / Turnarounds:
Fulfil the role of SPO (site process owner) in T/A as part of AMS Challenge shutdown triggers to ensure that it is clearly understood, valuable and represent the risk levels in the plant.
Support the establishment of an effective and efficient shutdown organization with clear roles and responsibilities and enhanced communication network.
Support shutdown planning activities from scoping through to final freeze stage, including work capacity understanding, resources optimization and unnecessary tasks elimination. Challenge the intrusive nature of all shutdown scope.
Shutdown activities monitoring, co-ordination and troubleshooting interventions. Co-ordinate safety pre-start up reviews (Quality assurance plan) to ensure safe completion of shutdown activities prior to start-up.
Prepare contingency plans and emergent work plans
Maintenance Work Management
Fulfil the role of SPO for Maintenance Execution (ME) as part of AMS Review efficiency of the work order cycle and apply acceptance criteria for work feedback completion.
Maximize task selection effectiveness and task execution efficiency. Meet the best industrial practice for corrective / preventative maintenance balance.
Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the work cycle. Optimize the amount of work going through CMMS.
Review MIWIs based on the reliability analysis results.
Reliability and Rotating Machinery
Fulfil the role of Site Process Focal Point (SPFP) in Manage Equipment Care (MEC) Provide rotating equipment/turbomachinery with the required technical and managerial support for achieving maximum utilization.
Support establishing and stabilizing Rashpetco reliability function. Ensure that the reliability team is trained and competent to perform the required scope.
Define a process for equipment selection, criticality analysis and boundary identification.
Challenge generic data inputs to the reliability analysis to ensure computability and suitability.
Support and lead FEMA, RCM and RCA workshops to ensure process is functioning and achieving its target.
Ensure that good quality field data are feeding back to the system for a better and realistic reliability analysis.
Asset Integrity Review asset integrity management philosophy to ensure clear roles and responsibilities are identified and avoid conflicts. Reassess asset integrity KPIs within the context of the asset integrity improvement plan.
Challenge current KPI figures from the quality of data inputs and work achievement point of view.
Support the development of new maintenance/AI KPIs to reflect actual plant performance. Review performance standards to ensure its ongoing suitability.
Strengthen up the deferral management to ensure that plant risks are understood and acted upon. Enhance the presence of clear procedure for SCE identification with periodic reviews to avoid underestimation and/or overestimation of SCEs. Reflect the reviewed performance standards in a dynamic maintenance strategy.

What we need from you

Preferred engineering degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 10 years' experience
Extensive working knowledge Oil & Gas Industry
Fluent written and spoken English language
Preferred of working in JV environment
