Network Security Engineer Responsibilities
1. Configures network security devices.
2. Supports daily network security operational activities.
3. Configures upgrades and maintains network security devices and systems, to latest code releases and performance improvements.
4. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation management for production issue resolution
5. Comply with IT security operations' procedures.
6. Maximizing Network Security performance by checking performance, troubleshooting network security problems and outages, and scheduling upgrades.
7. Maintaining and administering firewalls and firewalls' policy optimization & orchestration solutions.
8. Ensuring that security records are accurate and complete and that request for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures.
9. Communicating complicated technical issues, threats, vulnerabilities and risks to security engineers and managers, system administrators, and management.
10. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation management for production issue resolution
11. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer / Communication Engineering or Information Systems.
At least 3 to 7 years of relevant network security experience preferably in banking or financial sectors.
Strong background in security operations, configuration & change management, IDS/IPS, VPN, network security, firewalls, WAF remote access, single sign on, two factor authentication, digital signatures active directory, DNS security, denial of service protections, cryptography, Layer 2 security, routing security, Wireless LANs, and reverse proxy.
Experience in reading and performing packet analysis.
Change, Release and Patch management skills are required.
Experience with any of the following platforms is a plus: Networks firewalls, UTMs (PaloAlto networks, Juniper, Force Pont, F5, FireMon, FireEye, or McAfee). To Apply  |

1-Check status of respective customers arrears (i.e. Credit card, Loans, or Auto & Mortgage) & prepare required data prior phone calls.
2-Conduct phone calls with arrears customers, record the outcome of phone calls in the work cards or system.
3-Negotiate arrears settlements and report actions to be taken 'partial payment, rescheduling or turning case to legal to the team leader
4-Organize filling / Documents properly to ensure easy access.
5-Finalize daily transactions, and refer any back log to the collection supervisor Policies, processes, and procedures.
Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day to day operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Collection & Recovery department to ensure continuity of work
Compliance
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks. To Apply  |
