IT Support
- Supports all employees by Providing hardware, and software maintenance to ensure their satisfaction with the IT service.
Preventive Maintenance
- Provides a preventive maintenance service for all users by daily and weekly visits to sites to avoid IT problems e.g. (slow system Performance).
Data Backup Procedures
- Maintains the data backup procedure for User PC's or Directories to ensure that all the computer data is secure & available by the daily and monthly backup and follow-up.
Departmental Assets Management
- Completes departmental assets management by collecting hardware details information to generate the required reports.
Hardware & software
- Build, deploy, and manage desktops and laptops hardware and software for employees
Telephone system and mobile phone
- Support telephone system and mail configuration on mobile phone.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
MCP and MSCE certifications are asset.
Experience:
1-2 years relevant experience in IT Help desk
