Customer Service Specialist Job Purpose: - Responsible for the management and supply of orders for assigned markets ensuring optimal product flow and timely supply of products to distributors, executed through the Intercompany Operations (IO) Supply Model.

- Ensure routine and meaningful communication with Intercompany Operations, attending business reviews, providing performance feedback, executing day to day operations, and recommending process improvements.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers and proactive communication of expected delivery dates.
- Responsible for customer claims management (expiry, damage, complaints, etc) following Pfizer policies.
- Responsible for customer service operations within East and West Africa countries including Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana and French West Africa (FWA).
- Responsible for coordination of all documents for importation and letter of credit requirements.

Warehouse Storekeeper
1. JOB PURPOSE: He performs the assigned warehouse transactions and maintains stock keeping according to the service level agreement (SLA) in effective and efficient way. 2- JOB PURPOSE:
1- Control receipt of the stock keeping unit (SKU's). 2- Ensure storing SKU's appropriately emphasizing on accessibility and safety for both people and items. 3- Control issuance of SKU's according to the issue order from the item owner. 4- Record the assigned transaction and or review recorded transactions inbound and outbound in the inventory records/system online base and maintain perfect documentation files. 5- Control WH operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; image; tidiness, safety and security and cooperate with other concerned dept. 6- Review and/or engages in performing physical cycle count on SKU's and report the result. 7- Review and/or engages in preparing for the semi-annual or annual physical count. 9- Control packing operations and ensure achieving packing plan. 10- Monitor and manage the warehouse store area to ensure better utilization of space. 11- Ensure delivering maximum customer experience. 100% 100% § As per SLA 3.
