 Customer Experience Manager – Digital and Automation
Business Management
  • Proper management and delivery of ADIB Egypt customer experience digital initiatives through proper testing and timely launch.
  • Manage all service related projects and initiate new ones based on customer needs and insights.
  • Customer Experience standards and goals are considered and attested in major business projects; for example "CRM" Online banking…etc.,
  • Digital (Online/E-Banking/SMS & other services) are in alignment with ADIB strategic objectives as well as Service Quality regional and global standards from customer's perspective through analysing customers' feedback and satisfaction indicators resulted from surveys and customers call backs.
  • Having a pool of service improvement ideas and Customer Experience elevation suggestions. 
  • Monthly consolidation of customers experience reports and analysis of KPI setting and dashboard development purpose (Automate at best effort basis).
  • Proper management and monitoring of new and existing customer digital feedback windows as well as the upgrade of existing feedback windows to cope and catch up with market dynamic trends and customer expectations and customer experience index. Analyse feedbacks & recommend action plans for improvement whenever available.
  • Ensure customer focused procedures in all ADIB channels
  • Align Service initiatives & projects with Q & PI units to ensure smooth implementation of related process improvements and setting of KPIs.
  • Develop efficient / automated measuring tools to monitor and ensure service initiatives/projects forecasted outcomes and benefits are realized.
  • Prepare and design the required customers' surveys to measure the different services satisfaction across the bank.
  • Design and manage any related digital questionnaires and optimize the digitalization of reports and customers feedback to minimize human error and keep up with market trend.
  • Support the insights team in identifying and extracting the right databases based on survey objective and target group as well as finding ways to optimize extraction and synchronization.
  • Staff Management
  • Create staff awareness and adherence to Service Projects objectives, knowhow and expected outcomes.
  • Controls:
  • Proper MEP development, testing and proper implementation of Service related projects/system changes/initiatives.
  • Services & Image
  • Lifting Customers NPS, TRI*M and overall satisfaction.
  • And any other assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High degree IT/Sys. Engineering. Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Financial Accountancy knowledge would be a plus.
  • 7+ Years of Experience in banking including but not limited to IT operations/ application/Support

Position Description and Qualifications:

Teaching assignments encompass graduate and undergraduate programs. Candidates should hold a doctorate / Ph.D. in Operations and Production Management or a closely related field and be strongly committed to high quality teaching and research. The focus of teaching and research should be on the areas of production systems, manufacturing strategy, service engineering & production, supply chain management, quality management and/or project management. Candidates should also be qualified to supervise undergraduate and graduate research.

Service Implementation Coordinator
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Solve systems service incidents.
Perform systems service changes.
Implement systems new releases.

Perform release management including operating systems upgrades, service packs installation, virtualization and middleware upgrades and patches as well as software and hardware migrations.Perform configuration management asks and ensures at all time the systems inventory is populated with an up to date information reflection operational changes.Identify systems problems, assign it to the proper engineering/fix group responsible for solving it, and follow up with the fix group until the problem is solved.Contribute in service operation processes management including contribution providing reason for outage (RFO), root cause analysis (RCA), technical instructions (TIN), service improvement plans (SIP), post implementation review (PIR) and case detailed report (CDR).

Provide leadership and coaching to L1/service desk/PSM when needed.Contribute in providing the right level of working hours and shifts coverage for business operation necessary to deliver the support service.Perform other tasks in line with systems services operation as suggested by management.

about you

Educational background:
Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
SoftSkill/Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills...) are recommended.
Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years of server management technical experience.
